Using the Online Services
If you are already using the online services, book or cancel an appointment, request a repeat prescription or view your medical records by clicking on PatientAccess logon or Evergreen Life logon, as appropriate.
BOOKING AND CANCELLING A GP APPOINTMENT
Please note that the online booking system is only available for booking routine appointments. You will need to contact the surgery for emergency and telephone appointments and for home visits. Further information is available by clicking on Appointments. If you want to see a specific GP for a routine appointment, click on GP availability for the days of the week your GP is normally working. If you need to cancel an appointment, you can do this online by following your provider prompts.
BOOKING AND CANCELLING BLOOD TEST APPOINTMENT
For information on the places and times available for booking blood tests, click on Blood tests. Please remember to take your blood test form with you to your appointment as the test cannot be done without it. If you need to cancel an appointment, you can do this online by following your providers’ prompts.
REQUESTING A REPEAT PRESCRIPTION
Patients who are on regular medication can request repeat prescriptions online. For further information, click on Requesting a repeat prescription.
VIEWING YOU MEDICAL RECORDS
You can log on to your preferred service provider to access your medical records. Patients use their records in a number of ways, from checking test results to reminding themselves about what was discussed during an appointment. For more information about tests results or what is in your records click on Test results or Medical records, as appropriate.
IS MY INFORMATION SECURE?
All information that is sent to your surgery via EMIS Access is secure. Your personal details are encrypted and protected using the highest standard internet security, so it cannot be intercepted. Only you and your GP surgery are able to see this information.
