We are an established, patient-focussed, well respected and progressive practice covering Buxton and the surrounding areas. We currently have around 10,600 registered patients and our main aim is to provide our patients with high quality, accessible care in a responsive, courteous manner and in complete confidence.

Our dedicated team includes 2 male and 7 female doctors, 6 practice nurses and a healthcare assistant who, supported by our excellent administration and reception teams, are able to offer a wide range of services to treat illness and maintain well-being in the short and long term. We are also a training practice offering learning placements to GP Trainees, Foundation Doctors and Medical Students.

Our patient-focused approach sees patients and healthcare professionals working together to ensure that treatment and care is tailored to the individual. We work closely with our active patient participation group which endeavours to ensure that patients' needs and the Practice offering are always aligned. We also work in partnership with other Practices locally as members of both North Derbyshire ICB (formerly North Derbyshire CCG) and High Peak Primary Care Network.
