Patients who sign up to GP online services, are able to use a website or app to:

• book or cancel GP or blood test appointments
• order repeat prescriptions
• view your medical record, including information about medication, allergies, vaccinations, previous illnesses and test results
• view clinical correspondence such as hospital discharge summaries, and clinical letters

This saves time for both our Patients and Staff at the Practice and reduces the number of telephone calls we receive. 

Our Online Services are accessible 24 hours a day and are not limited to Practice open hours, which means that you can order your medication (for example) at a time to suit you. 

All information that is sent to your surgery via the main Online Access providers is secure. Your personal details are encrypted and protected to the highest standard internet security. These standards are upheld by the National Cyber Security Centre.  Only you and your GP surgery are able to see your information.

It is not currently possible to book Nurse appointments online.  This is because our Nurses each specialise in different lllnesses and treatments.  In addition, some conditions may require a double appointments to review.

There are an ever-increasing number of service providers available offering a wide variety of services so please take your time to research the options available and choose the service provider most closly aligned to your needs. Please be aware that some providers my offer and advertise services not available at the Practice.  

Please note that it is only possible to be registered to one provider at a time, and changing provider will require assistance from the Practice.
